Colt AR

Bought my very first AR yesterday. Co-worker sold it to me.

I have actually shot it more than a few times. Colt lower. BCM upper/bolt carrier. Vortex Sparc II optic.

Was a good deal here in MA for $1k even.

1K sounds like a good deal to me. Especially in occupied territory

As strictly a Colt it would have gone for about $975 retail out our go-to place here.

With the BMC parts it is worth about $1400 retail with it all added up. The optic pushes it up to about $1600. Plus as many P-mags as I need.

Just now getting an AR rifle? What is next on your agenda, ditch the dial up internet service for wi-fi, and ditch the flip up phone for a Smart phone?

Looking for a handgun to go with your AR? May I introduce you to a new concept of handgun you may have not heard of? They are named, "Glock".

"Massive-two-shits" as my 11 y/o calls it. I just can't bring myself to correct him.

Not new. Bought from a co-workers. Anyone could have bought it based on manufacture date. I could probably turn around and sell if I wanted for double, without the optic.
