You mean Los Zetas hasn't taken him out yet? Jeez, if I was him I'd change my name [again] and move someplace very, very far away. That target on his back is very large.

Just so we're clear. You can speak for yourself but not socnet. I'm not sure what you mean exactly but figured the disclaimer needed to be put out there.

SB, how about giving this guy a SOCNET deadline? 24hrs to come clean and invite all SOCNET'ers to a beer where he serves.

If Jared Shapira (Jax Desmond) wants to come clean he knows how to send a message that will get to us.

Here is a URL to a good news article for JD Worldwide:

http://www.reuters.com/article/idUSTRE60D4XS20100114

It's not just about shooter stuff is it JDW. Four months to finish the job? OK sure. Your not using the cartel's product up there are you?

As I said before, only transform the problem not solve it.

I have an email that was forwarded to me that appears to be from Jax himself.

He has extended apologies and asks if he can be allowed to post here to defend some of the allegations against him.

Some of the email contains what I would call excuses-"bad advice" and one part in particular appears to have been penned by a female.

He signs it with the Jax name instead of his real one as well.

I'm not sure if I want any of his drama but will take suggestions. What do you all think? Should he be allowed to post here and here only? Of course this will be predicated on him providing 100% proof that he is the person behind the Jax persona.

Thanks

Jeez... don't give him the time of day sir... he threatened you.

If this had been a "public event" he would still be coughing up his teeth and you still wouldn't feel bad about it one damn bit.

Screw him.

SB:

I'd say let him post here, apologize publicly for public threats against you and others, and try to "explain" his statements here and in the press. Whatever he says here becomes further Google fodder to keep good LEO and mil-type personnel from being suckered in by any of his other legitimate-looking contracts.

SB...I would ASSume the reason you've received an email from the above named shitbird is because of this post. Tells me the turd burglar has been monitoring this thread.

I've sought your wise council and your spot on 99.9% of the time. If you think the email from this buttmunch deserves to be posted, put it out there.

As for me....If this fraud told me there was an earthquake in Haiti recently....I'd seek a second opinion.

SB,

I'm a guest here. This clown came into the SOCNET house and talked shit. He talked shit and got bit. This is a forum for professionals, JAX DESMOND is far from that. IMHO, he can shit in his hat and punch it. Respectfully submitted.

I'm always open to a full confession.

If Jared Shapira actually posts it under his real name and he fully admits that 1) the whole Jax Desmond Worldwide charade was a non-existent, unlicensed fraud of a company without a single government contract, 2) he lied about his and his partner's credentials and experience, and 3) since Jax Desmond Worldwide doesn't really exist as a company, he posts the same text on his website, then i have no problem with it.

I'd like to see a confession, "1984" style. Something like this:

"I, Jax Desmond, would like to accuse myself of the following crimes:

I have seduced Party members of both sexes...
I've been to the proletarian areas...
I deliberately contracted syphilis in order to spread the disease...
to my wife and other Party members.
Together with other agents, I have counterfeited banknotes...
wrecked industrial machinery, polluted the water supply...
guided Eurasian rocket bombs to targets on Airstrip One...
by means of coded radio signals.
I stand here, a victim of the influence of Emmanuel Goldstein.
Guilty on all counts.
I'm glad I was caught. I was mentally deranged.
Now I am cured.
I ask only for you to accept my love of our leader, SilverBullet.
I ask only to be shot while my mind is still clean."

Everyone deserves to defend themselves. Let him speak I say. If anything we can get more entertainment out of him.

You're correct, it's obvious he has been monitoring the thread. The info has gone worldwide.

A member of this site who asked to remain nameless stepped in as a intermediary last month. This person has, so far, proved to be on the up and up and it appears this person prompted him to act via influence with his family. Jax/Jared later followed up with the email that was forwarded to me. I didn't have time to mess with it then, since I was busy with business and some Haiti stuff.

After threatening you and the web of deceit that he has spun,
if he could meet HDLS's criteria for an apology then we can all move on.

As to him continuing to use the site for recruiting & bigging up his fragile ego,
I would humbly suggest that there are no more lines that he can cross on SOCNET.

Silverbullet perhaps he is more in need of professional med attention now, than that of the members here?

I respectfully disagree.

Everyone has right to defend themselve, but not in any or every assembly of persons.

Allowing him to respond here would give him a level of credibility and/or respectability (because of the high character of the 'BTDT' that are the core of this community) that he does not deserve.

Let him post the full confession of what he has done on his business web-site first. Then he can maybe be allowed to make a statement here.

If I were a thief, I could not argue my reasons for stealing cheap bier before the Supreme Court of the United States of America.

Regards,

X2. I wouldn't think there's any reason he'd need to post here unless it was to more widely disseminate such a confession. It's not like he has anything to say that would be news....
