I recently go turned on to, which is a non-profit functional fitness program founded by two Rangers. The workouts are fun and easy to understand. I made sure to buy some swag and will make a donation in the future.

I follow them on IG but their training, to me, is very CrossFit-y (or very CrossFit-like). I don’t speak that language, and I don’t usually have 90 to 120 minutes to train.

I also find it just a little improbable that everyone in Ranger Regiment, for example, can do multiple rounds of 50m handstand walks like some of their prescribed wods.

Then again I’m old.
