Good guys, a little on the wild side.
Sounds like the perfect soldiers to me.

This is from a Columbus news outlet in April 2018:

Quote:
Only three men have ever been a repeat winner in the competition. Sergeant Paul Scurka won in 1985 and 1986, Master Sergeant Erik Turk won in 2010 and 2011, and Sergeant First Class Timothy Briggs took the title in 2013 and 2015, each with different partners each time.
Is there a master list of all teams that have won, since 1981?

Scurka won with my old drinking buddy Harvey Moore and then the following year with Bart Sexton. Bart was one of my privates in C FIST before I left Bn.

Scurka was a very interesting character.....lol.

I had the pleasure of being "The Mans" escort for the duration of the 99 BRC.

An old pic...but LTG Grange and I at the Ranger Memorial.
