Cindy again tonight after a 1 mile warm up

16 +5 pull ups. Didn't have to wait at all this time. Used assisted pull-up machine again, but not nearly as much weight as I didn't share it this time. Next time I'll go without and see how many rounds I can make the pull ups.

Run 400 meters 01:44

Post times to comments.

"Tabata Something Else"

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

Pullups (Rings)
11, 9, 8, 7, 7, 6, 5, 6
Pushups
10, 15, 11, 10, 8, 9, 7, 8
Situps
10, 11, 10, 9, 9, 9, 9, 8
Squats
14, 13, 13, 12, 11, 11, 11, 10

For time:

50 Box jump, 24 inch box/50 Jumping pull-ups/50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood/Walking Lunge, 50 steps/50 Knees to elbows/50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions/50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball/50 Burpees/50 Double unders

Sub'd 45lb sandbag for the 1 pood KB Swing, and 45lb sandbag thrusters for the wallball shots. Time: 42 min, 21 second. Even though I think I did a pretty shitty showing, apparently it was like 4 min better than my last shitty showing.

Oh, and 1 burpee (Day 1 of Burpee Challenge)....

50 pound dumbbell weighted pull-up, 3 reps
Sprint 50 meters
Ring handstand push-ups, 3 reps

Sub'd 45lb sandbag for 50lb on the weighted pullups and 9 standard HSPUs for the 3 Ring HSPUs.

Completed 10 rds.

+ 2 burpees (Day 2 of Burpee Challenge)....

I scaled to 225#'s.

I wouldn't feel bad. I do CF in a Ranger buddy's garage. I work-out with him and his buddy from school. I get my ass kicked every frickin' day, except for the lung work-out last week or so, that day I schooled the youngsters

I was dumb enough to tell my buddy about the burpee challenge, so I guess you know what I'll be doing for the next 99 days

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Rd 1 - 4 min, 53 sec
Rd 2 - 5 min, 00 sec
Rd 3 - 5 min, 15 sec
Rd 4 - 5 min, 47 sec
Rd 5 - 5 min, 40 sec

In addition to my pride, my right hand hurts from where the skin is now no longer on my palm (I suck at pullups). I'm not so good at masturbating ambidextrously -- I see loneliness in my future....
