Safari warning SOCNET not secure

Saw where this had happened with Firefox but thread was closed and was wondering if anyone else using ios has had this same problems?

I'm up to date on my upgrades. had logged in here with new upgrade without any problems. Tried other sites I log on to but no warnings.

Last few days I've been getting those congratulations you win pop ups. I have block pop ups in my settings enabled. I've also received a text with a confirmation code for wifi. It was not from Verizon and had nothing to do with our wifi. Checked Verizon account and no new activity. wrote info down and deleted text.

I'm using a friend's laptop to post this. He says his firewall is pretty strong and this laptop is only used for playing around online and has no personal info.

Plus he can run a security scan after I log off. Can you do that withn ios and Safari? I've not been able to figure on how to do one. Is there a way or do you just let the ios software take care of it?

I have only the minimum apps plus another 2 which I researched regarding their security before downloading them.

My ipad and iPhone settings are as private as I can make them. No apps refreshing in the background. I clear my Safari sessions as soon as I get offline. I don't accept or respond to texts or calls from any unknown phone etc. I don't ever do facetime or the hotspots and keep Bluetooth turned off unless I'm using my speaker or am in my car. I also have the devices set to ask before logging on to any wifi. I also never use any public Wi-Fi. In fact when I leave the house I turn off wifi.

I know I'm a bit paranoid but I try to NOT do anything that gives up many of my info that is not a basic need to do in order to have an iPhone and ipad.

no social media other than here and I don't log in to a lot of other sites. The tech companies already track us too much not to mention Big Brother the government.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
