Can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not, but it's the least I could do. Plus, money that wasn't pissed away on them helped fund those Team care packages that went out several times a week.

If you can't tell from that I have a feeling that your time here is going to be painful for you....

I could tell; I was trying to be polite. Especially since there's a chance he could have utilized some of those care packages.

Who were you "trying" to be polite to?

You appear to be misjudging the direction my question was taking the conversation. You may want to to a few minutes and review the difference between your profile and MountainBum.

Yes I did, and I apologize for that.

However, I am still at a loss trying to figure out what it is about my 2nd post that would make MountainBum take enough offense to it to post the sarcastic remark. ET1 asked a direct question and I gave him a direct answer about the proverbial straw that prompted me to boycott Hollyweird at that specific time. Since ET1ís response to that was to offer suggesting other movies I might be interested in, it leads me to believe that the intent of the post was fairly clear and that I wasnít coming off as being judgmental of anyone who still enjoys going to the movies. If there is something about the post thatís offensive, I would appreciate someone letting me know what it is so that I can make a proper apology for it.

Yes, I have looked at MBís bio and upon noticing a specific group listed there went in search of his intro post to see if I could determine what function he had within that group and if he had ever deployed with them. Not that deployment is relevant to his quals and only matters in reference to my round-about manner of trying to explain that I am not a groupie and that my support of the troops includes financial support.

If you (SB) feel that other vets here can benefit in any way from my experiences with the VA to help them navigate that quagmire and avoid any of the pitfalls Iíve already encountered, I would like to continue being a member here and contribute in whatever small measure I can. However, if you feel that I am zero value added and only a nuisance, please say so that I might take my departure, albeit sadly. Itís your house and I respect that.

Your most relevant post: "No military experience"

That says it all.

Read more, post less.

Good to know. Fuck Stallone. Maybe I'll download a torrent of this movie so he and his kind won't get a dime. Mel Gibson is the only person whose work I give a shit about these days.

Meh. I'll watch it, as long as there's no plot, lots of action, and plenty of popcorn. Hypocrisy with fake blood is my kind of movie.

I honestly want a "Rambo: Origins" movie that begins with Rambo enlisting and ends with him getting out of the U.S. Army and beginning his walk that leads into "First Blood." I want to see Sergeant Rambo and Captain Trautman doing their thing in Vietnam.

That would be a good movie! Who would be the actor to portray a young Stallone?

Thats a tough one. They are going to have to do his voice too.
Also, they CG him like Kurt Russel in Guardians of the Galaxy..

What did you expect? Complete realism?
You knew that when you drove to the theater.
