Narcos follow on type shows

Was there any shows anyone can recommend after watching Narcos? Loves the series. But, so many mexican mafia shows, now sure which one to watch that is as good, or continues the storys from Columbia etc

Big fan of Narcos.. I will say again, the absolute closest thing on TV to Narcos that is not Narcos, is El Chapo. I was actually pleasantly surprised by the show.

As a side note for those who did not know; El Chapo basically got his first claim to fame meeting with Pablo Escobar behind his bosses backs and telling Pablo he could get a shipment inside the USA faster than anyone else (I think it was 48 hrs).

If El Chapo succeeded, he could move up in the cartel he was in basically as a mid level manager. If El Chapo did not make the window Pablo was going to kill him. So, Narcos and El Chapo kind of intersect at parts.

El Chapo gets really good (from an entertainment point of view) when they (Sinaloa Cartel) start recruiting the Mexican SOF guys and then they go to war with Los Zetas and the Gulf Cartel..
