Constellis being sold again?

I was just reading an article from March that Apollo Group is looking to sell Constellis, and that Garda, G4S, Allied, and a few others have put bids in. Anyone heard anything about this, and is this good or bad for guys who are boots on the ground?

I haven't heard anything regarding Constellis being sold. That being said, I would imagine this will be bad news for the guys on the ground. Pay will inevitably be dropped even further, and company support will likely degrade yet again...especially considering the companies that are looking to by (according to your post).

^^ Thats an older article from when Apollo bought them. Below is a link to them being sold. The other article I read I can't attach because you need a membership to view it, but it says generally the same thing. Honestly, I don't know how much lower pay can get for PSS before the guys capable of passing the course finally call it quits.

Not much enthusiasm about any of the companies listed in the bidding process. Soon WPS personnel will be wearing the same Allied uniform seen in malls nationwide lol.

I would think you'd see an increase, especially since its expected to sell for double what it was last year.

In the article I listed above,

"Apollo Global Management LLC, the New York-based private equity firm, purchased Constellis for about $1 billion in August 2016, but underscoring the strength of the current market, the sale of Constellis could fetch around $2.5 billion after less than two years"

I was told that the sale fell through. I also was told that they plan to IPO late this year or early next year. That would be monumentally stupid IMHO.
