Construction in northern Ohio

What is a good resource for prior military construction folks... seabees, red horse, Corp of engineers, etc... I have a really close friend from highschool looking to hire in the area and can make a personal connection for anyone interested.

If anyone also knows of secondary vet construction type websites let me know so I can vector him in.

Thanks.

There is a "Cleared Construction Professionals" group on ClearanceJobs, aside from that hiring is pretty much word of mouth - it's not a huge community.

Where in northern Ohio?

Probably not in the "cleared" category - he has his own metal building fabrication to installation business in and around cleveland - but they cover most of the north. No government work that I know of that he would need a cleared construction guy as a requirement.
