ExLog Global Bay Area Protection/CSU

ExLog Global is seeking individuals that can make up a counter surveillance unit for a large company in the bay area of California. Please see the requirements below.

Requirements:
Former military special operations personnel with intelligence and counter surveillance background or former law enforcement personnel
High level of current physical fitness
Willing to live and work in the Bay area of California – no relocation expenses paid
Flexible as to detail type, hours and duties.
Must have a California BSIS Guard Card – Armed (before employment starts)
Must have a California CCW or ability to carry under LEOSA (HR-218)
Must be able to work well in a plain clothes environment amongst a team without conflict and for the company mission.
Must be familiar with and abide by the values of ExLog Global (See careers page at www.exlog-global.com )

Pay and Benefits

Pay will be over $100k a year and it will have a benefits package. This is a full time and permanent position with ExLog Global. The benefit package has not been determined yet.

Process
Fully qualified applicants will be screened
Phone screen interviews will be completed using Skype or Facetime
Successful candidates will be secondarily screened and references checked
The client company’s representative will then interview the candidates on video
Selected candidates will be invited for on-site physical fitness tests and shooting qualification tests in the Bay Area of California
Successful candidates will be scheduled for a face to face interview (after the PT and firearms quals and YES, a break to get cleaned up.)
Successful candidates will be given a conditional job offer and submit to a psychological and medical screening battery starting that day
Newly hired employees will commence training the following day for a 40-60-hour training cycle.
Employees will start regular CSU activities the following week.
**All of this is subject to change as needed.

Timeline
Recruiting and screening starts now.
Initial phone interviews will commence in early December
Client interviews will occur in mid-December
Invited applicant testing will start in the first two weeks of January followed by training and immediate employment.
