Having worked for a couple of MOH Recipients, I'd say (with tongue in cheek) they have one driving force in an emergency:

They can go from "Oh Sh*t" to "Eat Sh*t and DIE, MFer" in about 0.01 seconds.

Speed, Decisiveness and Commitment.
