I’m certain that know this but I can’t even count how many times Tim spoke of you and how much impact you had on his life. He valued your friendship greatly.

Super gut punch. I spoke with Tim a couple weeks back. Before leaving the DC area, my wife and I hosted him for a meal and to hang out and smoke stoggies. Prior, I had baby-sat his Harley while he was out of country for work. When he got back, despite watching the bike being no issue at all, he took me to a Shinedown concert with VIP passes to meet the band.

Great guy that was pleasant to be around and super chill and down to earth. He even took 30m with our new ranch dog (rescue) and taught me some quick and easy things to do.

I'll try to find some pics when I can. Super bummed about this right now.

RIP, definitely gone way too soon. Sorry for everyone's loss that knew him well. He'll be missed.

Here's a screen-cap that's part of the last text exchange I had with Tim a few weeks back. I thought it would be appropriate to share here. He really did love SOCNET and the contacts he met over the years. As I mentioned, he was a top-notch dude that would give the shirt off of his back if you asked for it.

Tim had just been diagnosed with cancer, but it was super early and very treatable. We were chatting about that and his intent to visit us after things opened back up.
