Who here owns/carries a G43?

Or has a spouse that does.

I had one, and I liked it. I ended up trading + cash for a new G19 for my carry pistol, but I honestly wish I'd held on to the G43. I'm sure I'll get another soon :)

I have one. Used to carry it. It sits in a drawer now. Haven’t shot it in a couple years.

I have one and like it. It has about 1k rounds through it and never malfunctioned. It’s a little small in my hands, (I’m 6’2” for reference) but nothing too distracting. I’ve been running that Xs Big Dot sight, but I can’t seem to get used to it and will probably switch back to the three dot. Due to its small size it competes with my Springfield XDe for use as my church gun, and due to the 6 round single stack, I carry a spare magazine in my pocket with the neomag holder. I wish it had a rail, but I get that’s the trade off for the small size. If you’re looking for something small, I’d recommend it.

I have and carry one. I use +2 extensions on the mag to make it more comfortable. My daughter has taken a liken to it and shoots it well so it might end up going to her shortly.

The TLR-6 attaches without a rail.

And there are aftermarket rails that work too.

I use it as EDC and fits easily in shorts in the summer. Not to bad on the range ether. Like others I have installed a TLR-6 and fiber optic sights. The fiber optic sights help a lot when we are at our range that is in the woods. I also have the +2 round extensions on the magazines.

I just saw there's a Glock 43x?! The 43x is a single stack, but the grip is the same length as a G19. Sounds like I have a new pistol to purchase!

I carried one for a couple of years. It was department issued and I carried it until I had to give it back at retirement. I liked it. I would have bought another one if my guys didn't gift me a new G19.

I carry one when I want a backup or when I'm mowing the lawn/walking the dog/going for a walk.

Not much difference in a 43 and 43x. The 43x holds 10 rounds single stack and is 14mm longer and 20mm taller. The 43 hold 6 rounds single stack.

Aye, but if you had to choose between the two...which one do you like better?
